Trademarks, trade names, or distinctive signs, as well as the domain name, belong to R4FICA, and access to the Website does not grant the user any rights over them.

The Website includes links to social media (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) and videos embedded from YouTube, as well as a direct contact link via WhatsApp. R4FICA assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, availability, or operation of such third-party sites, access to which is subject to each platform's own terms of use.

7. Regulations applicable to drone operations (RPAS/UAS)
The FPV drone piloting services offered by R4FICA are provided in accordance with applicable European and Spanish regulations on unmanned aircraft, in particular:
- Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947, on the rules and procedures for the operation of unmanned aircraft.
- Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945, on unmanned aircraft systems and third-country operators of unmanned aircraft systems.
- Spanish Law 18/2014, of 15 October, and its implementing regulations on remotely piloted civil aircraft.
- The instructions and resolutions issued by the Spanish State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA), with which R4FICA is registered as a drone operator.
All flights are carried out with the corresponding mandatory civil liability insurance in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 785/2004 [policy no.], and, where applicable, after verifying the necessary overflight authorizations for third-party private property, restricted geographic areas, or controlled airspace.
When capturing aerial images and video, R4FICA takes reasonable measures to minimize the incidental capture of identifiable individuals or third-party private property unrelated to the assignment, in accordance with Spanish Organic Law 1/1982 on the civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one's own image.
