- Controller: Rafael Albert ("R4FICA")
- Tax ID (NIF): 4877****P (full details available upon justified request)
- Email: [email protected]
At R4FICA, we process the information you provide us in order to manage your request and deliver the FPV drone piloting and aerial audiovisual production services you request. Below you'll find all the information regarding the processing of your personal data, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
2. What do we process your personal data for?
The personal data you provide through the Website's contact form (name, email, phone, subject, and message) is processed for the following purposes:
- To handle and respond to your inquiries, requests for information, or quotes regarding our FPV piloting, real estate filming, event coverage, or chase/freestyle shoot services.
- To manage, where applicable, the contractual relationship arising from hiring our services.
- To contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp regarding your request.
No automated decisions are made and no profiles are created using the data provided.
3. How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept for as long as the business relationship is maintained, and once it ends, for the legally applicable statute-of-limitations periods. If no contractual relationship is ultimately formalized, the data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, and for a maximum period of 12 months, after which it will be deleted.
4. What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you grant us by checking the acceptance box and submitting the Website's contact form (Article 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw this consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
5. Who will your data be shared with?
Your data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required. However, to send the contact form we use the EmailJS service, which acts as a data processor and technically handles sending the email from the user's browser to our inbox. This provider may host its servers outside the European Economic Area (United States), so the transfer is carried out under the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and/or adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). You can review EmailJS's privacy policy at emailjs.com.
6. What are your rights?
Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether R4FICA is processing personal data concerning them. In particular, you have the right to:
- Access: find out what data of yours we are processing.
- Rectification: request the correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request the deletion of your data when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
- Restriction of processing: request that the processing of your data be restricted under certain circumstances.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Objection: object to the processing of your data.
You can exercise these rights by writing to [email protected], attaching a copy of your ID document or equivalent. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe the processing of your personal data breaches applicable regulations.
7. Data of minors
The services offered through the Website are aimed at people over 14 years of age. R4FICA does not knowingly collect personal data from minors under that age without the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
8. Security measures
R4FICA has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data it processes, as well as to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data stored, and the risks to which it is exposed.
9. Images and aerial footage captured during flights
In the course of our FPV drone piloting activity, the audiovisual material captured may incidentally include images of identifiable individuals or third-party private property unrelated to the assignment. R4FICA takes reasonable measures to minimize such capture and, when the material is intended for public distribution (social media, portfolio, YouTube), avoids showing identifiable individuals without their consent, unless it involves public events, places open to the public, or there is a legitimate interest protected under Spanish Organic Law 1/1982 on the civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one's own image.
If you believe you appear identifiable in any material published by R4FICA and wish to request its removal or blurring, you can contact us using the email address provided in section 1.
